Things to do for the 4th of July in Leesburg

If you’re looking for things to do in Leesburg, VA, what better to do than celebrate the birth of the nation with the friends and family of your community? The 4th of July Celebration put on by the town of Leesburg is the perfect way to spend the day.

The celebration begins at 10:00 a.m. with a parade, which steps off at Ida Lee Park, heads south on King Street, and finishes at the Safeway parking lot. The Ida Lee Park Festivities take place at 6:00 p.m. with the Rob Byer Band and Faded Image. The fireworks display will take place at Ida Lee Park at 9:30 p.m. In the event of rain, fireworks will be rescheduled for July 5th at 9:30 p.m. No other activities will be reschedule in case of rain.

A simple celebration in a local park is a great way to spend your 4th of July, and Leesburg is happy to deliver with the festivities at Ida Lee Park. Head to the park with your family and friends, enjoy the day, and leave with great memories.
